ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Erin and Mave were born in Tuscumbia, AL (also known as “The Shoals" area) at Helen Keller Memorial Hospital. As children, the twins dreamed of writing a book together, and enjoyed being creative with their Mother. They are now co-authors of “The Spirit Tree at Toomer’s Corner", “The Spirit Tree at Toomer’s Corner 2: The Rebirth", “Where’s Aubie?", and their newest release, “A House Divided". 

Erin attended Auburn University and transferred to Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM), where she received her degree (BS) in Legal Studies. Erin and her husband reside in Madison, Alabama where she works for the state. Erin is a small group leader at her church. Both Erin and Mave enjoy working together with foster teens in their communities.

Mave also attended Auburn University where she received her degree in Graphic Design (BFA). She enjoys working as a designer for College Spirit Books, and also writes Christian children’s books in her spare time. She is a small group leader at her church. Mave and her husband reside in Birmingham, AL. Mave has a stepdaughter who attends the University of Alabama, and two dog children, Millie Mae and Murphy.
