ABOUT THE BOOKS
The Spirit Tree at Toomer's Corner
The first book, “The Spirit Tree at Toomer’s Corner", was released in Fall of 2012, when the outcome of the Auburn Oaks was uncertain. The oak trees had been poisoned in 2011, and sadly, Auburn fans rolled the trees for one last time at the “Final Rolling: Celebrate the Tradition" event on April 20, 2013. This book explains the tradition at Toomer’s Corner and tells the story of the oak trees.
The Spirit Tree at Toomer's Corner 2: The Rebirth
New Auburn Oaks were planted on February 14th, 2015, and the co-authors wrote “The Spirit Tree at Toomer’s Corner 2: The Rebirth". This book was written to commemorate the planting of the new oaks, and celebrate the new trees and their legacy that will live on there for many years to come.
Where's Aubie?
The co-authors wanted to write a fun story about their alma mater’s mascot, Aubie, and in 2017, “Where’s Aubie?" was released. In this book, Aubie struts around his favorite college campus and shows you some of the treasures of Auburn University while entertaining you every step of the way. You never know where Aubie will go!
A House Divided
While the twins were at book signing events, both Auburn and Alabama fans continually asked the authors to write a story about a house that was divided by both Auburn and Alabama fans. In 2019, “A House Divided" was released. In this book, Big AL and Aubie rally the family while cheering for their teams. But who will take home the victory?!
